What we collect
When you create an account, enter a draw, or purchase a ticket, we collect your first and last name, email address, contact number, address, date of birth, and payment details. If you win a prize involving hotel travel, we also collect your preferred stay dates and bank account details for any cash portion of the prize.
If you share content with us (for example, photos from a prize stay), we may collect and use that content as described below.
Where it comes from
Most information comes directly from you when you sign up, enter a draw, or contact us. We may also receive information from your public interactions with us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube.
How we use it
We use your information to run memberships and draws, process payments, allocate tickets, notify winners, provide customer service, and meet our obligations under NSW community gaming rules. We also use it for business analytics, to help us decide when and where to market and how to improve our systems.
Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that make the platform work — including our payment processor, our email/newsletter provider, and randomdraws.com.au, the independent, government-approved service that generates our draws. Some of these providers may process data outside Australia. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it
We retain account and transaction information for as long as needed to run the business, meet our regulatory obligations under NSW community gaming rules, and resolve any disputes.
